We know that for you to feel safe on the lake with your loved ones, you may have some additional questions, which is why we created this handy section for our most frequently asked questions.

GENERAL FAQ

  • We operate all year long! So come by and enjoy your time on the lake whenever possible.

  • A 5-day or more notice of cancellation is required to get a full refund and after that, there will be a $200 cancellation fee.

  • It is up to you! Wakeboarding takes the most skill out of all the water toys on hand, but with some practice can be easy to take on. Water tubing can get exhilarating if you want to race a friend (hold on tight!). And the floating lily pad and Sunchill are generally for lounging and do not require much physical effort.

  • We have boat slips in the Riviera Marina.

RENTAL FAQ

  • Anywhere on the Lake Havasu side of the lake. We can launch at other sites such as Pirates Cove, Topock, or Needles for an added fee.

  • You have to be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.

  • We offer all-day 8-hour rentals. If you need shorter or extended times or multiple days, message us and we’ll see what we can do for you!

  • Yes, gas is included unless you want to keep the boat in your own slip for multiple days. We always bring the boat full of gas and never ask you to fill it up when you are done.

  • We love pets and encourage you to take them on the boat!

  • All the boats and jet skis come with the Coast Guard-required safety equipment, including life jackets. We do not supply life jackets for infants, as they should be fitted properly before your departure.

  • You can go anywhere on Lake Havasu you’d like!

  • In most cases, if the damage is minimal we will not charge you for the repair. In the cases of bigger damage or lost equipment, there is a section in our waiver that goes over potential charges.

  • If you would like to extend your rental, please contact us. In most cases you will be able to extend your rental, but it all depends on what we have on the books.

  • The damage deposit is an authorization only. An authorization only is not a charge, just a hold on your credit card. The authorization is released on the day your rental period concludes. Please note that it may take your credit card issuer approximately 3-5 business days to release the hold and make the funds available again. If you choose to use a debit card for the damage deposit, the corresponding funds will be temporarily withdrawn from your account. We recommend using a credit card for the damage deposit to avoid any potential delays or inconveniences caused by the release of funds.

TECHNICAL FAQ

  • We offer 150-horsepower motors that can tow a tube or wakeboard safely.
